Install Samsung Galaxy A70 Android 10 firmware using Odin Flash tool
Given below are 2 different methods you can use to install Samsung Galaxy A70 Android 10 SM-A705FN firmware.
The first method uses 5 files while the second uses only 1.
Method 1 – Install Samsung Galaxy A70 Android 10 Stock firmware using Odin tool
- To begin with, extract firmware file you just downloaded. You should get 5 files: AP (System &Recovery), BL (Bootloader), CP (Modem / Radio), CSC_*** (Country / Region / Operator), HOME_CSC_*** (Country / Region / Operator).
- Now add each file to its respective field in Odin v3.14.4.
- Use CSC_*** for clean flash or HOME_CSC_*** to keep your apps and data.
- Reboot your device in Download or Odin mode by using the key combo – Power + Volume Down + Bixby altogether.
- You can also use other key Combinations in case the above doesn’t work.
- Volume Down + Volume Up then USB cable
- Power + Volume Down + Volume Up
- Power + Volume Down + Home Button
- For Note 9 – USB cable + Volume Down + Bixby
- For Note 10 – Power + Volume Up
- When you are in download mode, connect your phone to the PC.
- Now Odin should detect your device and a Blue box will appear with the COM port number.
- Make sure to NOT tick any extra boxes.
- Only tick these two – Factory Reset Time and Auto-Reboot.
- Hit the start button.
- Be patient until Odin says ‘PASS‘ in a GREEN box.
- When the flash is complete, your Samsung Galaxy A70 will reboot.
- You can now disconnect your device from the PC.
Method 2 –Install Samsung Galaxy A70 Android 10 firmware using Odin tool
- Download the Odin tool.
- Extract the one firmware file – AP.
- Now add MD5-file in AP-field in Odin.
- Reboot your device in Download or Odin mode by using the key combo – Power + Volume Down + Bixby altogether.
- You can also use other key Combinations in case the above doesn’t work.
- Volume Down + Volume Up then USB cable
- Power + Volume Down + Volume Up
- Power + Volume Down + Home Button
- For Note 9 – USB cable + Volume Down + Bixby
- For Note 10 – Power + Volume Up
