Install Android 10 for Redmi Note 7 via Pixel Experience

Prerequisites

Take a complete backup of your device data.
Make sure to have at least 70% battery power on your device.
Unlock Bootloader on Redmi Note 7.
Install a Custom Recovery on your device. Preferably TWRP Recovery.
Download the Pixel ROM package on your device and move it to the internal storage of Redmi Note 7.

Install Pixel Experience ROM on Xiaomi Redmi Note 7

Boot into TWRP Recovery on your device. Or boot into any other Recovery that you have. You can do so by switching off your device and hitting the Power + Vol Down buttons together.
Once you are in TWRP Recovery, swipe to allow modifications.
In TWRP Recovery, take a complete backup of Stock or Custom ROM.
Now Wipe data. For this, go to Wipe> Advanced Wipe and select Dalvik/ART cache, cache, System, Vendor, and Data and then swipe to wipe. Just make sure not to select Internal storage.
Now flash the Pixel Experience ROM file. For this, go to TWRP main menu> Install> Install Zip> select Pixel Experiece.zip file.
Lastly, reboot your device.
