Install Resurrection Remix 8.1 for OnePlus 7 Pro

Prerequisites

Unlock Bootloader on OnePlus 7 Pro
Install the latest TWRP Recovery on the OnePlus 7 Pro.
Take a complete backup of your device data.
Make sure to have at least 70 % charging on the device.
Enable Developer Options. For this, Go to Settings > About Phone> Tap on build number 7-8 times> Go back. Developer Options will be enabled.

Install Android 10 based RR 8.1 on OnePlus 7 Pro

Assuming you have downloaded RR 8.1 File from the downloads section above, we can now proceed further.

Boot into TWRP Recovery or any other recovery that you have installed. For this, switch off your OnePlus device and press the Power+ Vol Down buttons together.
Now in the Twrp recovery, tap Wipe> Advanced Wipe> select Dalvik/ART cache, cache, System, Vendor, and Data > then swipe to wipe data.
In the TWRP main menu, tap on Install> Install Image> select Resurrection Remix Rom file so as to flash and install RR on OnePlus 7 Pro.
Now again go to the Install tab and flash GApps Package.
Reboot.

How to Root Resurrection Remix ROM using Magisk?

Follow the same prerequisites as you did for installing RR 8.1.
