Yes, you heard right So basically Xiaomi Mi A1 Android 8.0 Oreo Update Rollout Resumes as per the news Here Mi A1 has resumed after a brief suspension. Following User complaints regarding performance issues on the Mi A1 after installation of the update, Xiaomi had recently suspended the rollout. But as per the latest news from Xiaomi Mi A1 company has now confirmed that the bugs have been fixed and now  Mi A1 updates has resumed.

As we know Xiaomi had started rolling out Android Oreo update for the Mi A1 smartphone on 31st December 2017. The new update of Xiomi Mi A1 comes with build number —–> OPR1.170623.026.8.1.10 and Xiaomi Mi A1 also includes the Android Security patch for January 2018.

Existing users who had installed the previous update from the official , the new version is an about 89MB to download. So, if the smartphone runs the Android Nougat, then it is a 1,112MB of an whole Mi A1 update. With this update.

Official Statement Says that Xiaomi has resolved various bugs such as Bluetooth battery drain issue, unresponsive dialer app, random reboots and many more. Additionally the update is reportedly getting rid of the SIM HD notification, along with bringing back fingerprint gestures.

On earlier version user also reported issues like dialler and camera app getting frozen, fingerprint sensor and recent app button becoming inactive, and a slowdown of the ambient light sensor.

Xiaomi Mi A1 is the first smartphone in the Mi series to receive the Android Oreo update. The Android 8.0 Oreo update for the Xiaomi Mi A1  which runs stock Android, unlike other Xiaomi phones  brought features like Picture-in-Picture mode, new Notification dots, Background limits, Auto-fill, and Smart text selection. The company had also added improvements such as adaptive app icons and a faster boot experience. The Mi A1 smartphone was launched at Rs. 14,999 in India and is currently available at Rs. 13,999.
